Our return policy is as follows
*Call before returning item. Buyer must get a return authorization. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT..

There are absolutely NO Refunds, replacements or exchanges on custom color orders (Standard color is Black), unless a wrong part is shipped on our behalf, there is a defect in the product or the order is damaged during shipment.
You may return product to us if:
Returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
*The part shipped is incorrect on behalf of TXDashcovers.com. We will pay all shipping cost.
*If the buyer orders the wrong item, buyer is responsible for all shipping of product, plus will be charged for additional shipping of correct item. Please research the item you need thoroughly before ordering item or call us to verify what you need.
*Item must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are final
*All returns will be charged a 10% on Dash Caps/Door panel & 15% Restocking Fee on fasteners. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from original method of payment.

Orders are normally shipped with 72 hours and in most cases within 48 hours of receiving payment. Due to size of most of the dash covers, shipping will be a little higher than normal, due to the package being oversize
All items are shipped via (Dash Caps) Fedex Ground and Smaller item USPS. all orders require a phone number prior to shipping
